This will let us know how much you'd like to give, how often, and whether you'd like to get your bank info to us via encrypted form, mail, or phone call (step 2).
You should receive a confirmation email immediately after filling out the above form. If you do not, please double check that you entered the correct email address. If you still do not receive a confirmatory email, send us an email at contact@harvesthealthcharity.org with your name, the amount you'd like to give, the frequency, and if you have any special instructions.(such as giving to a specific account or transferring on a certain day of the year).
We can receive your bank information in any one of the following ways,:
Option 1: Via an encrypted online portal linked here. All information is encrypted in a separate file with additional security precautions.
Option 2: Via mail. You can send a copy of a voided check to: Harvest Health, c/o Jacqueline Henderson, 568 Longview Dr, Lexington, KY. 40503.
Option 3: email contact@harvesthealthcharity.org with your phone number and we will give you a call.
You will receive a second confirmatory email once we have set up the bank transfer. We set up new transfers once a week, so it may be up to a week before you get the second email. If for whatever reason you need to expedite a transfer, send us an email.
If at any point you'd like to change or cancel your giving, send an email to contact@harvesthealthcharity.org.
Alternatively, most US banks allow you to set up automated transfers (it may be called ACH credit by your bank) from the donor side, although the method varies by bank. If you would like to set that up from your bank, contact us at contact@harvesthealthcharity.org and we will get you the information you need.
